Larry contacted us and we worked it out. There was a mis-understanding on the payment arrangements. Larry made things right and we are good. He was very nice about it. I would highly recommend Ace's services. They were trying to get their old customers backby saying what we wanted to hear. After car was fixed they had a different story for in how we had to pay for the car. I willl never go back there and I have told others how you run your business
This customer was given an opportunity to pay half their bill at time of repair and the rest in thirty days. This was a special circumstance we do not offer to everyone, but to an old customer from the days when we could offer financing. Because of their upset, we did try to accommodate them by holding their first check for a week. We also offered to hold their second check an extra two weeks, but they weren't interested. If it would make them happy, and they chose to remove their negative post, we could split the second check in to half in the original 30 days and half in another 30 days (after all, their only upset is with financing not another shop in The Q.C.'s offers).
